Our company's lime slaking system is an integrated lime hydrator. This hydrator features a small footprint, long slaking time and sufficient & uniform slaking. The pre-slaker ensures full contact between raw calcium oxide (quicklime) and water, and the slaking and homogenization are completed in the subsequent hydrator. (The number of slaking stages varies according to production capacity.)
The mixing shaft blades of the slaking system are made of alloy wear-resistant materials, boasting a long service life and being detachable for replacement. High-temperature slaking improves slaking efficiency.
